How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number and a link to track your package directly. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for the shipping confirmation email from lotusgallery-shop.com. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

  2. Track Your Order: Click on the tracking link provided in the email. This will take you to the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) where you can see the real-time status of your shipment.

  3. Check the Status: On the carrier’s tracking page, you can view the estimated delivery date, current location, and any updates regarding delays or exceptions.


Order Not Showing in Tracking?

If your tracking number isn’t showing any information yet, don't worry! It may take 1-2 business days for the carrier’s system to update after we’ve shipped your order.

If you still don’t see updates after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll look into it right away.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it’s marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with Neighbors or Family Members: Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or at an alternate location.

  2. Verify Your Address: Double-check the shipping address you provided to ensure it’s correct.

  3. Contact the Carrier: If your tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. The carrier’s contact information can be found on their website.
