Return Policy

At Lotus Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we are happy to help you return them. Please review our return policy below for all the details on how to return your items.


Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us, and we’ll issue a full refund or exchange the item for another size or style.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for specific details.
  • Final sale items (e.g., special collections, intimates, or swimwear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

If an item is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to info@lotusgallery-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer service team will send you detailed instructions for returning your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.

  3. Prepare Your Package:
    Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include your return authorization form. Please ensure that all items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.

  4. Ship Your Return:
    Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend shipping with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

  • Standard Refunds: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective items or wrong items shipped).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@lotusgallery-shop.com with your request. We will assist you with the exchange process and help ensure your new item is sent out as quickly as possible.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lotusgallery-shop.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for the damaged product, and we will cover all return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (e.g., items marked as final sale or deeply discounted)
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
