Ordering & Shipping

1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your items, and add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information, shipping address, and contact details to complete your order.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and payment is processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lotusgallery-shop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

3. How long will it take to process my return?
Returns typically take 7–10 business days to process once we receive your package. After the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Product Information

1. How do I know what size to order?
We provide a size guide on each product page to help you choose the right size for your body type. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with sizing recommendations.

2. Are the colors shown on your website accurate?
We do our best to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the color you see may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

3. How can I get notified when an item is back in stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a back-in-stock notification on the product page. Simply enter your email, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.

1. Do I need an account to shop at Lotus Gallery?
You don’t need an account to shop, but creating one will make your checkout process faster and allow you to track your orders, save your favorite items, and receive exclusive offers.

2. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of the website. Enter your details, including your email address, and create a password. Once registered, you can log in to your account anytime to view your orders, manage preferences, and more.

3. How do I reset my password?
